Paul has worked in the non-profit sector his entire career and held leadership positions in healthcare, social service, the Arts, and environmental areas. He received an MBA and Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership from Stockton University where he developed and teaches a non-profit management class. Paul is passionate about nonprofits and respects the hard work and dedication of those who work in the sector.

Bill has been a professional photographer for over 35 years and has published two magazines, hosted weekly radio and TV shows, produced numerous documentaries, and founded two organizations, ArtC and Strobe, all dedicated to “shine a light on the arts and artists of South Jersey.” Bill is an expert in promoting nonprofits, especially the arts.

Joseph has extensive experience teaching and implementing programs in leadership development, organizational effectiveness and assessment, performance appraisal, organizational change, customer satisfaction, technology integration, and workforce diversity. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1985 He is currently Professor Emeritus, School of Education at Stockton University
